Do you provide meal plans?
I do not provide set meal plans but I will teach you to plan meals specific to your likes and lifestyle.

You talk a lot about fruits and vegetables. What if I don't like many of them?
Eat the fruits and vegetables of your choice. I have yet to meet someone who doesn't like a potato.

Can you help me lose weight quickly?
If weight loss is your goal, I want you to lose weight at a sustainable rate. I can help you to build forever habits instead of temporary quick fixes.

Can you provide workouts for me?
I encourage my clients to find a form of exercise they enjoy. I'm a big supporter of strength training, especially for women. I'm not a personal trainer but I can help you find one that is a good fit for you.

Do you only work with people who want to lose weight?
I work with people who want to learn to eat nutritious food for various reasons. Nutrition coaching is not just for weight loss.

Do I have to eliminate any foods or food groups?
Absolutely not. We will focus on adding, not removing foods to your diet. You may find you have less room in your diet for less nutrient dense options but nothing is ever off limits.
